The blockbuster movie of the year 2 States is all set to go to South India. The movie, which collected more than Rs. 100 crore at Indian box office, will be remade in Tamil and Telugu.
After winning the heart of all Hindi film audiences, 2 States is now ready to impress south Indian audiences. According to the latest report, the rights of its remake have been acquired by Prasad V Potluri of PVP Cinema.
The star casts and other details of its remake is kept under the wrap and if sources are to be believed, Prasad V Potluri will make the official announcement on the project soon.
2 States is an adaptation of a novel by Chetan Bhagat with the same name. It revolves around a Punjabi boy and a Tamil Brahmin girl who fall in love with each other and decide to get married with the consent of their families.
